My first time babysitting was for my neighbor who had two children a boy and a girl age 4 and 7 who were just the cutest. I remember them running up to the door when they saw me and were so excited to hang out with me for a few hours. The little boy was a little nervous but when bedtime came around he asked me to read a book to them both. I felt like I truly did my job and made them so happy and safe.
