Being a nanny is such a rewarding job for me because it allows for parents to get the help that they need while being able to form relationships with the children. Being able to help in any way needed is very rewarding, and I don't mind cleaning.
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of a little boy who had down syndrome and ate out of a feeding tube. He was unable to walk but that did not slow us down from spending time in the sun and playing for hours.
