I think the most important part about working with kids is making the kid feel confortable and have fun. When I was a kid I remember having bad separation anxiety from my mom, so having a babysitter was awful for me. That was until one of them truly made it fun and exciting for me, and I wanted her to come back. And that is the impact I want to make on the kids I watch.
