My experience with special needs children...
One of the cousins i have is special needs. She is autistic with bipolar disorder. She is 4 and i have been taking her to speech therapy because she only says minimum of 5 words. We communicate with drawing and she loves it!!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was once sitting this pair of 3 years old blonde haired twin girls and we played dress up all day. So while we were playing dress up One of the girls (Emily) comes out of the closet with cowboy boots, an elsa dress and a bookbag. We all laughed so much our stomachs started hurting. All of that laughing but them to sleep afterwards lol!!
