The most important part about being a nanny...

I think one of the most important things about being a nanny is to respect your children in your care, because they will respect you.. and hopefully one day they will learn to do that with strangers they interact with. I also know it is important to stick to what family/parent says! Lastly, kids needs come first! I may not have everything put together in my life( aka school), but I can put my world to a hold to make sure my kiddos are well taken care of.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for a special needs child my first year at the YWCA and helped a special needs competitive cheer team perform.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Too many to count... I care very much for all the children I babysit/nanny!! I love to see my kiddos be their authentic, creative, silly selves!
