Currently, I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, primarily those diagnosed with Autism. This role has strengthened my ability to create patient, nurturing, and engaging environments tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Beyond my professional experience, I’ve spent years helping care for my younger siblings, as well as my 11-year-old niece and 7-year-old nephew—organizing fun activities, preparing meals, and helping with homework. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a caregiver was when I helped a child with Autism gain confidence in their social skills during a group activity. At first, they were shy and hesitant to join in, but after a few attempts, they slowly started interacting with the other kids and even led the group in a fun game. The look of pride on their face when they took the lead was truly rewarding, and it reminded me of why I love working with children—it’s incredible to witness their growth and confidence.
