Caring for kids has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been a babysitter and part-time nanny, coached youth softball, and taught “Mommy & Me” and kids’ gym classes that focused on fun and motor skills. I’ve also worked as an assistant preschool teacher, volunteered in classrooms, and supported students and staff as a school secretary. Every experience has helped me build patience, creativity, and a love for helping children grow with confidence.

I love creating fun, meaningful experiences that match each child’s personality and interests. Whether we’re exploring through art, sensory play, story time, or outdoor adventures, I aim to nurture curiosity and joy. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, nature walks, trips to the park or library, and learning through play—like practicing letters, numbers, and shapes. I also enjoy sharing my love of music and movies when appropriate and approved by parents. Every child is unique, and I adapt activities to meet their individual needs, energy, and imagination.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a nanny was helping a little one overcome her hesitation with new foods. For weeks, she refused to try anything new, but with gentle encouragement and modeling, she eventually picked it up on her own and started enjoying it! I’ll never forget sending her parents the video of that proud, happy moment.
