The most important part about being a nanny is making sure that the child you are caring for is safe and having fun. If the child you are caring for is smiling and happy then you are doing your job right. Along with that, cleaning up and making sure everything is organized.

I have a cousin with down syndrome. I don't get to see him very often but when I do I have to take care of him when his parents are away at work or my grandma is cooking or cleaning.
