Being attentive and alert along with being protective. Allowing your child to feel save and welcomed to approach me feel comfortable and to make sure the time spent is enjoyable. Of course discipline if needed as I am sure you may have a routine for your child. Being communicative with you as well providing an update of the day and how it went. Open communication is key. Also making sure you can reach me at all times as well. Being punctual and professionals and fulfilling nanny expectations. Making sure I also have a clear idea of what is expected of me. The most important part about being a nanny...
I have never been a Nanny, but I have baby sat for my close friends children as I love kids and get along real well. I know parents do need to work and have some time for themselves. Although I may not have children myself I would be an excellent Nanny as I would care very much for the child I am looking after.
