The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me about being a nanny is creating a bond between us all that everyone is happy and comfortable. And teaching and loving children like a parent when their parents are not able to be there. Every child deserves to be an individual instead of just another face in a daycare.

I worked with a teen who had autism at the group home. She was my absolute favorite. Challenges of course but she was so much fun.
