Being someone kids feel safe with. Not just physically safe but emotionally safe too. To have them trust you and be comfortable around you and know that you’ll handle things calmly, not unpredictably. Because when a kid feels fully safe, then listening, learning, behavior, etc. gets a lot easier.

I have no experience with caring for a special needs child/children in this regard, but I’d be more than willing to learn
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments probably had to be when I used to nanny for my cousin, and she went to put her son down to nap and he asked if I could put him down for a nap.
