I think the most important part about nannying is making the child feel like you are a part of the family, make them feel safe and comforted , giving them the attention they need , communication with parents and respecting boundaries from both parties.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny would be hard to choose. I think I have one for each family I have Nannied for but overall I just really enjoy all of it. Watching them grow and learn to do new things & accomplishing things they couldn’t do before while seeing their face light up “ I did it” !
