One of my favorite nanny moments was at the daycare when I helped a little boy who was really shy join in on a group activity. At first he just wanted to sit by himself, but after a little encouragement and making the game fun for him, he ended up laughing and playing with the other kids. It reminded me why I love working with children, seeing them grow, gain confidence, and feel included is the best part of the job for me.
