Activities I enjoy doing with children...
If you have any specific regimes with your children as long as you let me know I got it! But if you need me to improvise, I’d like to base it on the family rules! I love to draw, Play video-games, I’m a bit of a cartoon fanatic myself! I’ll play along with whatever games your child’s beautiful imagination can create!! I’m not picky and I can definitely brainstorm on the spot, I will avoid telling ghost stories if that’s possible lol!
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, it’s making sure the kids are tended to emotionally, physically and mentally, my job is to make it easier for you to do the things in life you can’t always do with your kids. And that can even be just a day out with your friends to enjoy yourself! I want you to not have to worry one bit, my phone will always be on, I’ll always be attentive as long as I’m there so you have no worries!! They will be fed and kept out of trouble to my best ability!
My experience with special needs children...
My niece has autism, I’ve always helped my sister out when working late nights, and getting ready for school. I understand it takes a lot of care, empathy, patience and understanding to help care for children with special needs. I personally have much experience, and I will never mistreat a child in any manner. My niece is nonverbal and she also struggles with the bathroom and preparing food, I can be those extra set of hands if it makes it any easier. I would specifically like to sit with the parent and talk about what I can do to make it easier on them and for them to not worry, I’m there to try to help and I will do absolutely the best I can!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Playing pretend with the kids!! It makes my day to make the most creative and beautiful souls laugh! My nephews and I whatever they’re doing. Whether we’re playing with nerf guns or tag. Or even just having a conversation, I’m in this part of my life where I can really see how beautiful it is to see how fast kids grow all around as people, I’m young I want to get as much experience as I can, I feel like with each kid I learn so much!
