What matters most to me about being a nanny is building real, meaningful connections with the kids and families I work with. I don’t just want to watch kids, I want to be someone they feel safe with, laugh with, and learn from. I love helping them grow in confidence, navigate their emotions, and feel supported every step of the way. Knowing that I can make a positive impact in a child’s day, and help make a parent's life a little easier, is what makes this job so rewarding to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a little boy who struggled with reading gain confidence over the summer. We made a game out of sight words and read together every day, and by the end of the summer, he proudly read a full book out loud to his parents. Seeing how proud he was, and knowing I helped him believe in himself meant everything to me. It reminded me exactly why I love this job so much.
