She is someone I completely trust and highly recommend! (Note: she has been our babysitter over many years, not a daily nanny. But I have no doubt she would be an excellent nanny.)"

The most important part about being a nanny... Being able to cater and commit fully to a parent or guardian’s specific wants and needs. Kids are not a math equation: each one and each family need their own, personalized solutions. As a nanny, I believe ones job is to increase the quality of life for those you are serving. Additionally, genuine love and care for the kids is a necessity. I do not believe one can be a very great caregiver without those key ingredients.
