A little bit about me

I remember growing up surrounded by amazing women; mothers, aunts, grandmothers, sisters, teachers, nurses & counselors. My father was the only male figure in my life other than any coaches I had and it was relieving to be able to look up to, relate to & talk to them but it would have been nice to have more of that. I consider myself a "rare male" because this field is female dominated and even though it's hard to compete to a woman's natural nurturing abilities, it's my goal to try and keep up with the experience I can offer. I graduated with a degree in early childhood education from CCSU. I have experience within the daycare setting with infants, toddlers and preschool age children. I also have experience as a program director for school age children & I have been a sports coordinator for the YMCA in Meriden/New Britain. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to expand my experience with caring for your family.
