Hi, I'm Jailene! I've been a nanny for 4 years, holding an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree in Children and Youth Studies. I have extensive experience caring for young children, including a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old, where I managed daily routines, feeding, and developmental activities. I also provided care for a set of twin boy and girl from birth to age 2, ensuring their safety, growth, and emotional well-being. Additionally, I cared for a set of twin girls from birth to 4 years old, supporting their physical and cognitive development through structured activities and consistent care. In addition to this hands-on experience, I completed a public elementary school internship working with a kindergarten class and a 2nd-grade class, where I assisted in lesson planning, classroom management, and supporting individual student needs.

I love engaging children in a variety of fun and educational activities. For younger kids, I enjoy sensory play like using playdough or water tables, which helps stimulate their senses and creativity. Reading stories with fun voices and motions is always a hit, as is singing songs and dancing together. I also enjoy taking them outside for nature walks or letting them explore with building blocks. With older children, I like doing arts and crafts projects, where they can express their creativity through drawing, painting, or simple DIY crafts. Educational games like puzzles or memory games are also a favorite, as they combine fun and learning. Baking simple treats together is another way I bond with them, especially when they get to help with the mixing and decorating. Whether it’s playing sports, creating treasure hunts, or doing fun science experiments, I love supporting their growth through interactive, hands-on activities.
