I’ve worked in Behavioral Health providing support to both children and adults. My speciality is using PBIS(Positive behavioral interventions and supports). Rather than using reactive, punitive, and exclusionary consequences measures, my focus is proactive, preventative, and educative processes that will reduce the need for disciplinary measures, supporting client behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health.
