I have volunteered for school carnivals and events, peer tutored, worked as an instructor in a kid's cooking studio and was promoted to manager, I've babysat for people in my community, and worked as a RBT with kid's with autism.

I love playing board games, creating fun learning opportunites, playing anything and everything outside, swimming, going to parks, making homework fun, reading and writing, arts and crafts, and I love learning about anything kids have a passion for! I also love being able to teach life skills and emotional intelligence/ regulation!
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, I'm looking to help join a support system for kids and their parents. Having trusted adults around is very important in the crazy times we live in. I want to garner a relatonship that teaches life skills and emotional intelligence in the new generation that will be the ones who change this world!
My experience with special needs children...
In school, I worked with kids in my school who were affected by different conditions, helping with transitions and work. When I worked as an instructor and then manager of a kid's cooking studio, we offered specialized classes for kid's with learning difficulties and autism. this inspired me to get my certification as a registered behavior technican/therapist and work with kid's with autism, which I currently do. I am looking to make more of an individualized impact on a family!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I am always so happy when a kid makes art and gives it to me, from things from their wild imaginations, to silly portraits drawn of me, I love getting art from my kiddos!
