I used to watch this group of 4 kids and watched them for 5+ years. When their mother had another child I was watching the kids in the waiting room and the mother asked me to come in the room for the birth of the baby. After the baby came I got the privilege of telling the siblings they had a sister. It was such a moving moment, tears, and joy.
