More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have several years of experience caring for children of different ages, including infants and toddlers. I cared for one baby from around 3 months old until 2 years old, supporting important developmental milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, and early speech.
I also create a nurturing and stimulating environment by reading, going to the library, and incorporating Spanish naturally into daily activities, since I am a native Spanish speaker. I focus on helping children feel safe, loved, and engaged while supporting their growth.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing a mix of indoor and outdoor activities that support children’s development and keep them engaged. Indoors, I like reading books, doing arts and crafts, singing songs, and creating simple learning activities based on their age. I also encourage early language development, including Spanish, in a natural and fun way.
Outdoors, I enjoy taking children to the park, going for walks, visiting the library, and exploring safe, stimulating environments. I always focus on creating a balance between learning, play, and emotional connection so children feel happy, safe, and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is creating a safe, loving, and stable environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally. I believe children thrive when they feel secure, understood, and genuinely cared for.
I also value building trust not only with the child, but with the parents, maintaining clear communication and consistency. Being a nanny is more than just caregiving for me — it’s about supporting a child’s growth, confidence, and happiness every day.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when a baby I cared for started to recognize me and would smile and reach for me every morning. Over time, I supported their development from their first movements to taking their first steps, and seeing that growth was incredibly special.
I also loved the small everyday moments—reading together, laughing, and creating a bond where the child felt safe and happy. Those connections are what make being a nanny so meaningful to me.

Dear Family’s
My name is Diana Vasquez, I’m 37 years old.
I’m from Quito Ecuador and I live in NYC
I’m working as a babysister for 8 years in new york, but I had experience before. During my youth I did look after kids as a part time and the weekend I love children and animals. I’m very fun with kids and have a lot of patience; we’re always reading books and playing—play is so important. I don’t use cell phones, iPads, or any screens. Instead, we listen to music, dance, learn songs, and play with nature in the park. Playing and learning is the most entertaining part of what I do with babies and children
