"Jada became an integral part of our household and family. We hired her initially for our nanny, but as my children reached school age, we just couldn't let her go and she transitioned into the role of our household manager. She has a take charge confidence that she displayed throughout her time with our family. She was very loving with our children and dog, yet firm. She taught us a lot about how to best care for and support our children. Jada also managed our household, made meals at times, ensured all our needs were fulfilled. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have trained babies to sleep through the night and I do have a program that I offer for brand new parents who need their babies to sleep through the night. I t will take almost 3 months to train any new born baby! It all depends on the baby for sure not one it’s alike! Ask me questions if you need someone to guide you with your baby sleeping schedule!!

My experience with special needs children...
open heart surgery recovery with a little boy and learning his treatments and learning to follow directions by nurses and doctors. I love working hand in hand with the parents and helping them while their baby went to through recovery.
My first job was with an older middle school age boy. who had spinal bifida and she was in a wheel chair. I had to dress him and bathed him. He is a happy human being and still keep in touch with him. I was responsible to take him to Schoo and do outside activities with his other friends. It really hep me developed a sense of patience and looking life in a very different way of how should live life to the fullest because I now this little boy nothing stop him from being happy and being positive attitude
