My favorite memory as a nanny is with a toddler I nannied. He is still very close to me. When he started mommy’s day out program they were teaching about caring and loving others. At this stage he was just starting to learn more words. When I pick him up I always give him a big hug. Well that day I gave him his big hug and he says “Janice I love you” . That was the most heartwarming moment ever!
