My little brother had led poisoning when he was younger which obviously led to mental/behavioral issues and since my mom was the only support he had i had no choice but to help take care of him while my mom was working also my older sister is diabetic which some people might not count that as “ special needs “ but its still a disability and she didn’t really take care of herself so i was also taking care of her in and out of the hospital with her while my parents were at work
