I have sitted for a kid with a speech delay with slight autism. My brother is 5 and he also has a speech delay and my 3 year old cousin has autism so working with the kid wasn't hard at all he was wonderful.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when the mother of the child I was watching took us to the pool and I taught her how to swim. It made me so happy when she showed her mom that she could swim. Her mom was so excited cause she always wanted to put her in swim classes but never have the chance.
