I am very active nanny. I love having the kids always doing activities as they please. these activities include arts and craft, playing sports outside. Also helping kids learn how to read and write. Teaching older kids how to clean up after themselves, and of course, teaching them manners. All these qualities will make a difference in your children’s lives. And mindsets as they grow that’s why it’s important for me to not just be a nanny, but also be a teacher a leader and a role model.

Kids are bundles of energy, curiosity, and chaos. Seeing the world through their eyes is amazing, but it also comes with tantrums and meltdowns. Being patient, understanding, and loving is key, but the most important part is being their safe place. This means creating an environment where they feel secure, accepted, and loved for who they are. It's about being someone they can trust, someone they know will always be there for them, no matter what.

My favorite nanny moment would be when my 8-year-old twins, Leo and Mia were at it again, arguing over a toy. I stepped in and said, "Hey, you know what? Life's not really about winning or losing, or who gets what first. It's about how we treat each other. It's about sharing, being kind, and making each other feel good. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is let someone else have a turn, or help them out. How about we find a way to both play with this toy together, or maybe find something else to do?"
I helped them find a compromise, maybe a different game, or a different toy. The point wasn't just about the toy, but about teaching them a valuable lesson in empathy and cooperation. It's a reminder that a good nanny moment can be about shaping little hearts and minds.
