My experience with special needs children...
I have limited experience with children with special needs but did 9/10 of ABA training, at the time I could not fit the job into my schedule. All my experiences have been positive. Mostly I worked with infants that have not/ can not be diagnosed with any special needs. I have completed a certification for children with special needs for better understanding! (ADA)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny was seeing the young infant complete milestones, such as sign language, sharing, eating new foods, saying words, ABCs, etc,.!
