I have been in childcare since I started babysitting when I was 13 and started working at a daycare when I was 18 as well as HeadStart from 2020 to 2024. I love children and working with children is the only job I've ever really wanted. I have some college experience in Early Childhood Education, CPR/AED certification, SBS and SIDS Training, and a valid background check at all times. Also, I cannot afford to spend the $30 for a background check on here but I do have one from my current job that I can provide if needed.

Anything and everything. I am not afraid of messes so you may have to put limitations if there is anything you don’t want them to do. I love doing anything from puddle jumping, to painting, cooking with them (if old enough); but I do not like glitter and slime is iffy.

Apart from parents, childcare workers are the frontlines for shaping children into the people they are going to be. I accept all children as they are and help them figure out what that is.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, children who need inhalers, and a baby who needed a heart and lung monitor. I am open to being trained in different treatments and disabilities and disorders.
