I am currently in school for Pharmaceutical Technology, I am also a certified Early Childhood Development educator and caregiver with 9+ years of paid and volunteer experience caring for children ages Newborn to Secondary school age in both the In-Home setting and a Licensed Educare centers!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Growing up with 7 siblings, I automatically took on the role as care provider for my younger siblings!
I began my journey in Early Childhood Development during my 1st year in high school when I began the completer course where I began student teaching as part the Growing Gopher program! While completing the 4-year course I also began a paid internship at my local Goddard school starting as an assistant teacher. With completing my internship, I earned my 90-Hour Preschool/9-Hour Communications Certifications and became a Lead Teacher at the center!

Since then, my love for the field of child has grown immensely!
Over the years I have earned many related trainings/certifications including most recent Level 4 Credentials in Early Child Development!

I am a strong believer that children learn best through play and hands-on activities!

I enjoy playing outdoors and allowing children to explore the world around them!
I love art and science activities that allow the kiddos to get messy and have fun!

I have experience working with children who have special behavioral needs such as Autism and Hyperactivity.
Although I am certified, have very limited experience with children with special physical needs.

My favorite memory as a Nanny would have to be when I was caring for 2 littles; baby (A) and baby (P) (who were both 2 months when I began caring for them) and when they were around a year old them both began taking their first steps on the same day!
