Hi! My name is Jayden Drew and I’m currently a college student at Tennessee State University, majoring in Business Information Systems. I’ve always enjoyed working with children and creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for them.

I would describe myself as responsible, patient, and energetic. Through past experiences like babysitting, working in camp settings, and helping younger family members, I’ve learned how to balance being caring and nurturing while also keeping things structured and organized.

Outside of school, I’m very involved in leadership and community activities, which has helped me build strong communication and problem-solving skills. I also love being creative, whether that’s through planning activities, crafts, or games that keep kids engaged and entertained.
