In addition to my experience as a nanny, I briefly worked in a daycare setting, where I gained valuable insights into child development and group dynamics. The most important part of being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with the children in my care. I have not had any experience with special needs children, but I am open and eager to learn about working with special needs children.
