have 4.5 years of childcare experience, primarily from my work at the YMCA in various roles, such as after-school counselor, summer camp counselor, leadership staff for summer camps, lead counselor for special needs children, and after-school supervisor. Currently, I work in both the before- and after-school programs and assist in the daycare area during the day. This has allowed me to work with children of various ages, from 10 weeks old to 15 years old, including children with special needs.
