Hello! My name is Jaylyn. I am a 19 year old born with a gift to take care of children. Five years of childcare experience paid, and unpaid. From being a Sunday school teacher volunteer. To babysitting at least twice a week. To becoming a daycare teacher’s assistant. And most recently becoming a nanny Monday through Saturday for a once five month old baby, and now one and a half years old. I love what I do and it shows. Being trusted in is the most important. To me, trust is everything in nannying. A parent is leaving their child in your care, and that’s a huge responsibility. I want parents to feel completely comfortable and at peace knowing their child is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Building that trust through consistency, honesty, and patience is what makes a nanny truly great. Knowing a child will be a child, things happen but being able to be transparent when something happens is TOP PRIORITY!
