The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is making sure children feel safe, comfortable, and never afraid to be themselves. I’m a very outgoing, energetic, and joyful person, and I love creating an environment where kids can laugh, play, and unleash their goofiness while still feeling cared for and supported. At the same time, I think it’s just as important to maintain routines because children thrive when they have structure and consistency. Keeping regular meal times, bedtimes, and daily habits not only builds a sense of security but also helps create a healthy environment where they can grow and learn. My goal is always to balance fun and playfulness with stability, so kids feel both happy and grounded in my care.
