Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have extensive, hands-on experience caring for three children (ages 5, 4, and a newborn) for four months. My daily responsibilities included preparing all of their meals, getting the older children ready for school, and providing attentive newborn care. Managing these full-time responsibilities while successfully keeping up with my own high school junior coursework proved my ability to stay organized, reliable, and highly responsible under pressure.

I love planning creative activities that keep kids happy and learning! Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, baking simple treats, reading together, and playing interactive games indoors. When we go outside, I love organizing fun lawn games, nature walks, and playground time. I love finding out what a child enjoys most and turning it into a fun day!

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most to me is creating a safe, loving space where children can thrive and parents feel completely at ease. With my experience caring for newborns, toddlers, and children with autism, I know how important patience, routine, and understanding triggers are. I love being a positive, reliable role model who keeps kids engaged, happy, and safe.

My experience with special needs children...

I also have personal and hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Having a niece with autism, as well as assisting a daycare with an autistic child, has taught me how to truly understand a child's individual needs. I’ve learned how to recognize what they enjoy, identify their specific triggers, and notice when a situation is becoming too overwhelming for them so I can step in and help

The most important part about being a nanny...

Currently, my favorite moments come from working with the kids in the City of Orlando summer program. There is nothing better than planning a creative activity or an outdoor scavenger hunt and watching the kids get completely invested and excited. Seeing their smiles and energy when they try something new always reminds me why I love childcare so much.
