As I reach 9 years of professional nannying, I’m able to reflect on my values around childcare, child development, & early childhood education in this transitional period for so many children and families. I lead with compassion: for those around me, humans and animals alike. Addressing all needs, including emotional needs, is a priority for me. I work with intention to meet children at their level, and focus on providing a space for children to feel heard, seen, and understood.

I live to be outside, both personally and professionally. Spending time in nature and learning via outdoor play is one thing I absolutely adore about my career. Other values include providing child-led exploring and play based learning.
