The most important part about being a nanny...
I know as a big sister it's important to me to tell or explain things to my little sisters in a way that they can understand. Letting kids ask a question in their own words is significant to me because it shows they're truly engaged and eager to learn. When I was growing up, learning my manners was not only polite, but also respectful so teaching and reminding my little sisters about different manners and why they should use them is something I care about. I was also taught that there would be certain repercussions if I talked back, fought with my sister, didn't play nice, ect. Now that I'm older, I appreciate being raised that way because it taught me a lot. Knowing when to discipline a child may be easy, but following through with one can be difficult, in order for them to develop respect and know right from wrong it is essential. It's also important to praise or reward a child when they're being/ doing good in order to show your love and build their confidence.

Hi, I'm Hailee! I recently graduated from high school and am taking a gap year before starting college. Right now, I'm focused on working, gaining experience, traveling, and saving money for my future.
I enjoy staying busy and love working with people. During high school, I participated in sports and activities that helped me develop strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family. I'm excited to continue learning, growing, and taking on new opportunities as I prepare for the next chapter of my life.
