I believe kids thrive with structure so I follow a routine and set healthy boundaries. I find it easy to develop a unique daily or nightly routine that helps the household run smoothly. Patience is key when working with children and it sets a great example for dealing with everyday obstacles and challenges. I like to actively engage with the children, they love when someone can match their playfulness and silliness. I like to go out for fun adventures, playtime in parks, or walks around the neighborhood. I'm a responsible person who holds the well-being, safety, and happiness of the children above all.
