The most important part about being a nanny...
For me personally, the most important part of my work as a Nanny is being able to empower the family unit! Everything that I do as I work and provide care for kiddos, is to make sure I am able to optimize the family’s time together when I am done for the day. I understand the many complexities involved in deciding to have someone work with your children, so that you can work to meet the needs of your family. I take my job and role very seriously.
