A little bit about me

I believe that my experience with children aged 0-17 allows me the unique opportunity to be what you need as your children and family grow.
One of my biggest strengths is my amazing ability to connect with children. I enjoy getting down on a child’s level and meeting each one where they are. I work hard on redirecting attention because small children need positive reinforcement not harsh punishment. I set kids up for success, meaning we go over expectation and behavior before we experience something new.
What I willing to do is help out around the house so that the kids can have more time to hang out with you when you are home. I am willing to do chores, errands, exercise animals and help out however you need! I am easy going and roll with the punches, I know that sometimes life happens and I am okay with that!
If asked to describe myself in three traits, I would use the words flexible, nurturing and funny. I bring more to the table than that, but those are my most noticeable traits.
