More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve gotten the opportunity to volunteer at various organizations- working with kids ages 4-16. I’ve taught Bible lessons, volunteered at many camps as a counselor as well as worked with kids that need one on one work.
I’ve taught kids to read and write in Russian.
I’ve volunteered for non-profits to Babysit children while parents took courses.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I’m passionate about being outdoors with children. I believe there is so much to experience and learn in every season!
I also love baking/ cooking with kids. I see it as a great way to practice fine motor skills, learn to use measuring tools, and experience some science together. And of course get to enjoy a yummy treat for all the hard work we put in!
I value creativity in children and do everything I can propel them to be as creative as possible. I love organizing crafts- often from little nick-nacks we find outside.
I really enjoy teaching kids. Seeing the way they light up when they understand a new concept brings me so much joy! Whether that teaching math, reading, science or a new Bible lesson- I enjoy finding creative ways to engage kids as they learn.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me the most important part is giving each child love and care. For some kids that looks like playing tag, for others it’s coloring together. Just finding those moments where kids can feel cared for- and those moments are amazing for building kids up- it can mold their whole character!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was taking a walk with one of the girls I nanny, and out of nowhere she was like “Jenny, it’s time to pray for the world. Repeat after me…” and for the next 15 minutes I was repeating names after this 4 year old girl- going through every person she could remember. It’s moments like this that bring me so much joy, and strengthen my own faith.
