Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a toddler teacher who would float between classrooms of infants and toddlers and Pre-K children. I was there for almost a year before Covid hit and shut down the Academy. I have always watched family and family friends children or infants and they always love how I take care of their children and teach them new things !
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing painting activities, and learning activities with chidlren. using tape as a racetrack on the carpet, making snowmen with cotton balls, showing them how to make slime, all sorts of fun activities!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to teach and see the kids learn and become great kids, and seeing them learn and take on new activities. The moments i spend with the kids are the best because it just fills my heart with pure joy to see and hear a kid laugh, and have a good time.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked with a few special needs children while working as a toddler teacher and i adored them! They loved me and it was relatively easy taking care of them and making sure they were comfortable.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When a lil boy i was teaching would always shove other kids out of the way, and tell them to "move" i taught him how to use manners and say "excuse me" when he wants to go by someone or get past them. He went behind me and instead of shoving me, said "Excuse me" and as he went behind me he laid on my back and hugged me. Super awesome moment
