I provide daytime and overnight postpartum support and can also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, organization, pet care, and grocery runs so you can focus on recovery and bonding

I specialize in supporting families through baby’s first year, and I love incorporating gentle, pediatric physical therapy activities to help little ones reach milestones and thrive
