I have experience caring for children on the autism spectrum and children with ADHD, including toddlers and children ages 4–6. I also gained pediatric experience at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia. My background includes home health aide training, specialized coursework in therapeutic and play-based interactions, and a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and Health Science. I provide patient, structured, and individualized care while adapting activities, communication, and routines to support each child's unique strengths, needs, and developmental goals.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments was hearing a child proudly tell their friend that I was their favorite nanny—it completely melted my heart. I also cherish the little moments when children tell me they love me or run to greet me with a hug. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing a child reach a milestone we've been working toward, whether it's taking their first steps, potty training, gaining confidence, or earning an award at school.
