A little bit about me

Hi there,
my journey as a nanny began when I cared for my college teacher’s daughter, while her single parent taught. Lucy is now 16, and I’m proud to say she’s still one of my fav people! Most recently, I worked as a daycare teacher in Toronto’s west end, spending a year teaching, loving, and learning from 15 toddlers. After many hours of subway rides and with my recent move to the Beaches, it felt right to move on as many of my little ones were heading off to kindergarten too. With over 8 years of experience, including time as an au pair in NYC, I’ve worked with children ages 16 months to 12 years old. I love turning playtime into learning opportunities, getting outside for park, creating a safe space where kids feel comfortable being themselves.
Now that I’m living in the Beaches, I’d love to connect with families who live east looking for part-time or occasional babysitting. Do note that Monday days I am unavailable.
