My son has a speech impairment which causes a speech delay when he talks, so I’ve been dealing with that since his birth I also have a few family that has autism and schizophrenia You just have to be patient when it comes to caring for kids or adults, especially with special needs.

My best moments with a child was when I was watching one of my friends daughter and the little girl came up to me and said I don’t want you to go that made me feel so special and gave me so much joy and happiness because that really wasn’t my best year but she made me feel like everything was going to be okay this all temporary people actually love and care for me.
