I have held a variety of leadership roles in early childhood education and youth programs. My experience includes serving as a Site Director at KinderCare Champions, where I managed daily operations and oversaw staff and curriculum implementation. I have also worked as a Lead Staff Member at Kids Inc with Bend Parks and Recreation, coordinating activities and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children.
