She is happy & energetic as well as dependable organized and all around helpful with efficiency. We all fell in love with her gentle little support dog. "Jessica was our part time summer nanny before she went back to school. She was always On time and organized. Cooks & cleans excellent. Pick up/drop offs of our older children and very attentive and nurturing to our infant toddlers. funny and fun but also very responsible. She is a dog lover and we also enjoyed bonding with her little adorable gentle dog Excelsior. He’s so well behaved. Angels! They are an incredible package deal. We consider her family and wish her the best in future endeavors in Michigan! Highly recommend. Let me know if you have questions. Milo M"

"I am cannot recommend Jessica "Saviii" for a nanny position with the utmost enthusiasm. Jessica worked for our family for two years, during which she cared for our two children, ages 1 and 4. From day one, Jessica impressed us with her natural ability to connect with children. She's incredibly patient, playful, and has a knack for making even boring activities fun. What sets Jessica apart is her proactive approach and genuine love for what she does. She consistently went above and beyond, planning engaging activities, preparing healthy meals, and ensuring our children's environment was always safe and stimulating. Beyond her caregiving skills, Jessica is reliable, punctual, and has excellent communication skills. She always kept us informed about our children's day and was open to feedback and suggestions. Any family would be lucky to have Jessica as a nanny. We miss her dearly and are confident she will bring the same level of care and dedication to her next role."

"We love our JJ! We feel so lucky to have found her. She is amazing with our 2 kids 3 & 5. She has been our date night and back up sitter since summer. She has helped potty and sleep train our toddler and sings the kiddos to sleep. We work from home so we can’t employe her full time but recommend her! reach out with any questions"

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I know the difference between a diaper rash, allergic reaction & yeast infection etc- as they are common and will communicate with parents any areas of health or safety concerns should they arise. Count on me to provide thorough feedback. I follow detailed instructions & ask clarification questions.
sensitive & experienced during- potty/sleep training, teething, breaking fever, vomiting etc. I understand dosing by age/weight & very open to instruction from parents if specific request are made. I am calm and pro-active in any emergent situations (God forbid one arise) -Always in contact w/ parent/guardian.
I am a highly intuitive, observant & grounded individual. I use proper English & etiquette. I don't prefer much 'baby talk' & encourage children to expand their vocabulary & social skills. As a language lover, I expose all young kids to ASL & bits of all languages I speak as I train to become fluent in 4

Thanks again for the consideration. I look forward to speaking with you! :)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

**I am huge advocate of ART & MUSIC centric education and creative outlet. Less screen time and more engagement. My main area of interest and expertise at this point in my caregiving career, is creating a custom FLOW within the WHOLE HOUSEHOLD and all its members.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a Nanny, in my experience, is simply being an extension of the safety and nurturing care the child(ren) receive from their parents or full-time care givers.
I grew up as the kid next-door that started babysitting at age 10 for neighbor families to run a quick errand or a drop-off/pick-up of an older sibling. I also formed a "babysitters club" training other inexperienced sitters of the priorities when sitting. I never knew this would turn into a lifelong career as a professional caregiver. I've dedicated my life to early childhood education. I am also a proud mentor & advocate for homeless youth. As an extension of the parental system, most important to me is transparent communication, second to securing safety & providing a nurturing influence and positive memories for each & every child I assist in life & growth. Caregiving has rewarded me with empathy, patience & a more graceful character. I learn more than I teach from our precious little angels!

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve worked as a special-needs nanny for over 15 years. I’m experienced working with Autism -all levels of the spectrum. and children of all ages from non verbal to high functioning. Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and more. As well as children of all ages suffering from emotional distress due to divorce, military moves, trauma, physical or psychological abuses & yes, even sexual trauma and suicidal ideation and attempts.
I say with confidence that I AM HERE FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY!
My passion is helping heal with art & music as well as simply being a consistent presence the familiy can lean on for a time or forever. Many families I have seen from day one birth in the hospital through to their wedding days and having their own children its an unspeakable blessing! To others I am a vacation sitter once a year or we may only meet once. To all, I wish you the best fit for your family and situation. I am also available for consulting and house management

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments have been watching children hit their milestones! especially when working with special needs children that have had a difficult time ie: sleeping/eating etc. when I am able to work with parents to find solutions with my education and hands on experience to get children in a solid sleep pattern! whoo hoo! party! this provides relief to the whole family!
A grade-schooler that is so picky OR dealing w/ *health or auto immune food allergies they are under-nourished can effect the whole family too. while each and every individual is uniquely magical and special, no one wants their basic needs like hydration and sustenance & basic hygiene routine to call so much attention. A simple food allergy can cause mental disorder such as crippling anxiety and depression but when it is understood and mentored & supported by an unbiased individual, I have seen absolute miracles happened within families. We're never reinventing the wheel, only customizing! I'm the “custom Nanny”
