More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been doing babysitting jobs since I was 16 years old. I was the oldest of my siblings and therefore helped my mom throughout the years with my younger siblings. I also have a 15 year old daughter of my own, so that may also count as a little bit of extra experience.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing many activities while babysitting. I can take kids for walks, to the park, or drive to the zoo, the fair or different outdoor activities. If indoor, we can play games, watch a little bitnof TV, read books, do puzzles, and many many more, including help with chores and homework also.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is always making sure that children and safe and cared for. Never leave a child unattended no matter what. Also always follow what the parents advice you to do, and always follow steps and rules.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for my older brother. He is special needs. I have also volunteered at my sisters job several times throughout the years. She works in a nursing home and sometimes makes special visits to young men with special needs and assists them with feedings and help with giving medications.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when one of the children that I would babysit came to me and told me that I was the best nanny ever. I felt so much happiness in my heart and I knew then that babysitting was something I wanted to continue to do forever.
